At Steele Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached before securely sealing them in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
